Chess: With the Outline of Ararat

The original model—chess set with the majestic silhouette of Mount Ararat—is crafted from a single solid piece of beech wood. The author of the Mount Ararat silhouette chess set is Hrachya Ohanyan, since 2000. When this model’s board is opened, the opponents view the mountain from different sides—Armenia and Turkey. It is entirely handmade. It is lacquered, the numbers and letters are engraved, and the hinges and locks are cast from bronze. The price includes: 32 chess pieces made from beech and walnut wood, with bases covered in velvet fabric, and a branded bag with a wooden handle. The chess set comes with a 25-year warranty certificate.
