Once you register and submit your shop details, our team begins the onboarding process immediately. Most vendors are approved and ready to start accepting orders within 24 to 48 hours. In some cases, the process can be completed in as little as 12–18 hours. Moderation of your product listings happens right after registration to ensure quality and compliance. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

Not at all. You don’t need a storefront to join Latona. Many of our vendors operate from home studios, cloud kitchens, or warehouses. As long as you can reliably fulfill orders and meet our product quality standards, you’re welcome to sell on the platform. We’re built to support both traditional retailers and modern creators.

Latona follows a seller-led delivery model, giving vendors full flexibility and control over how their products reach customers. As a seller, you are responsible for managing the delivery process - whether that means delivering orders yourself, using your in-house courier team, or partnering with third-party services (Yandex Delivery, GG Delivery etc). Latona provides all the tools to make this seamless, including real-time order tracking, courier notifications, and performance analytics. In many cities, Latona also operates its own courier network, and depending on your shop's location, we can help connect you with reliable in-house delivery support. We do not use centralized warehouses or pickup points - deliveries go straight from your location to the customer, ensuring speed and brand consistency.

Latona is a curated marketplace focused on emotional, high-impact products. We welcome vendors offering fresh flowers, designer cakes, sweets, handmade gifts, event sets, beauty boxes, unique accessories, home decor, and more. If your product sparks joy, creates a moment, or helps people celebrate - it belongs here. All listings go through moderation to ensure quality, aesthetic consistency, and customer value. We do not currently support the sale of digital products, used goods, or items unrelated to the gifting, celebration, or lifestyle categories.

We only take a small commission when a customer orders through the Latona platform. But here’s the best part: if someone visits your shop via a direct link - like from your Instagram or your website - you keep 100% of that sale. No commission at all.
