1. Choose one of the two mouth openers included in the game. 2. Place the mouth opener between your lips and teeth, as shown in the picture. 3. To remove, press and pull it from the chin area. * The mouth opener should be kept clean; before and after use, wash it with hot water and wipe it with a dry cloth.
